Y Filter, 500 Micron, 1/2″ Female

Description

This brass Y filter micron female unit guards your washdown lines against debris and grit. Professional cleaning teams fit it inline across busy commercial sites.

Barcon Hygiene supplies dependable cleaning components for demanding daily work. Therefore, this filter reflects our focus on robust, hard-wearing equipment.

Solid Brass Build Quality

The body is machined from solid brass for proven strength. Consequently, it resists corrosion across long service periods.

Both ports use a 1/2″ female thread for simple inline fitting. Moreover, the connections seal cleanly under working pressure.

The internal screen removes particles down to 500 micron. As a result, downstream nozzles and valves stay protected.

Durability And Reliability In Daily Use

Brass construction handles repeated knocks on active sites. Furthermore, it copes with constant connection and disconnection.

The compact Y shape allows quick access for inspection. Additionally, the screen lifts out for fast cleaning between shifts.

This design supports steady performance over many seasons. Therefore, your teams face fewer interruptions during the working day.

Always follow safe equipment guidance from the HSE during installation. Consequently, you reduce risk during routine maintenance.

Washdown And Cleaning Efficiency

This filter micron female component keeps washdown flow clean and consistent. As a result, spray patterns stay even and effective.

Trapping grit early protects pumps and lances downstream. Moreover, it cuts wear on costly cleaning attachments.

Cleaner flow means more reliable washdown results across your site. Therefore, operators finish tasks faster with less rework.
