Chemical & Foam Injectors

Chemical and foam injectors for high-pressure washdown systems, plus the ST161 metering valve range and associated repair parts. Chemical injectors include the ST60, ST62 and RM300 series, with the ST62 offering an adjustable by-pass and RM300 units available in adjustable versions such as 1.8, 2.1 and 2.3 with 3/8″Fxm or M22Fxm connections. The ST60 chemical injector comes in 2.1mm and 2.4mm orifice sizes, and a Cat 1.2mm injector uses 3/8″M x 3/8″F threads. Foam injectors cover the ST60, ST60.1 (1.6mm and 1.8mm, with hose and filter options) and the ST-160 body-only unit. Metering valves include the ST161 in Blue FKM and Grey EPDM, panel-mount compatible options, plus ST66 (red top, black top, no check valve/knob) and ST61 variants. Spares listed include the ST161 valve lock, repair kit EPDM, metering valve cap and a chemical check valve repair kit.
